A beautiful polished plaster install in a large area of the Saul & Co hair salon in Royal Leamington Spa.
The client's goals
For this job the client had already seen some of our previous work; they liked the marbled, glacier effect that we had been able to achieve previously.
The solution
The area of the salon that was having a polished plaster finish installed was the main area of work. Because of this, the surface received 3 layers of plaster and an additional 2 layers of wax to increase the durability of the surface. The surface finish needed to fit in with their existing grey and white colour scheme that they have around the salon.
The result
A polished surface with lots of marbled effects. We waxed and buffered the surface twice to create an immaculate polish. This finish worked perfectly in the well-lit area and helped to bounce light around the room, making the space seem a lot larger.
