The client contacted us looking to have a seamless Resin floor installed at their home. After a long period of self-building the property, they had applied a standard floor paint to accommodate the budget at that time. The client opted for a polyurethane Resin floor RAL colour 7045 with a matt sealer.
The area in question was an open-plan kitchen and lounge which, along with the industrial/vintage décor in the property, was the perfect space for a seamless resin floor. The paint had already begun to look worn and the substrate had cracks which sorely needed addressing and repairing. We got to work stripping the existing coating away by a method of diamond grinding with full dust extraction, and attending to the necessary substrate repair work.
